GiveHub, LLC (“GiveHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides online donation, fundraising, event management, and church management software for churches and nonprofit organizations.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when organizations and their donors use our platform.

By using GiveHub, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

A. Organization Account Information

• Organization name

• Admin names and contact details

• Email addresses

• Billing information

• Payment processor details

B. Donor Information (Processed on Behalf of Organizations)

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Mailing address

• Donation history

• Payment method tokens (never full card numbers)

GiveHub processes donor information solely on behalf of the organization using our services.

C. Payment Information

GiveHub does not store full credit card or bank account numbers.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors (e.g., Authorize.net, Stripe, NMI, or other merchant providers). We receive confirmation of successful transactions and limited metadata required to operate the service.

D. QuickBooks Integration Data

If an organization connects their QuickBooks Online account:

• We access accounting data via the QuickBooks Online API

• We create Sales Receipts and related accounting entries on the organization’s behalf

• We store OAuth tokens securely for API access

We do not access QuickBooks data beyond what is necessary to provide the integration.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Process donations and transactions

• Provide reporting and analytics

• Sync financial data to QuickBooks Online

• Provide customer support

• Improve platform functionality

• Maintain security and prevent fraud

We do not sell personal information.

4. Data Sharing

We share information only as necessary to operate the service:

• Payment processors

• Email delivery providers

• Cloud hosting providers

• QuickBooks Online (when enabled by the organization)

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

• Encrypted storage of sensitive credentials

• Secure OAuth token storage
