1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GiveHub, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
GiveHub provides:

Online giving tools

Fundraising software
-
Event and ticketing features
-
Volunteer management tools
-
Reporting dashboards
-
Optional QuickBooks Online integration
3. Account Responsibility
Organizations are responsible for:

Maintaining accurate account information
-
Securing login credentials
-
Managing user access
-
Ensuring lawful use of the platform
4. Payment Processing
GiveHub facilitates payment processing through third-party merchant providers.
Organizations are responsible for:

Maintaining an active merchant account
-
Complying with merchant agreement terms
-
Ensuring proper billing configuration (including monthly billing if required for certain integrations)
GiveHub does not control merchant fee structures.
5. QuickBooks Integration
If enabled:

GiveHub connects to QuickBooks Online via OAuth authorization.

We create accounting entries based on donation activity.

Organizations are responsible for reviewing accounting data and reconciliation.
GiveHub is not responsible for accounting errors resulting from incorrect configuration, account mapping, or changes made directly in QuickBooks.
6. Fees
Platform fees and payment processing fees are disclosed separately.
Payment processor fees are governed by the organization’s merchant agreement.
7. Data Ownership
Organizations retain ownership of their data.
GiveHub acts as a data processor on behalf of organizations.
8. Prohibited Use
Users may not:

Use the platform for unlawful purposes

Attempt to access other organizations’ data

Reverse engineer the software
-
Interfere with system integrity
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
GiveHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost donations, accounting discrepancies, or business interruption.
10. Disclaimer
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Violation of these terms
-
Fraudulent activity
-
Non-payment
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
